CONTROL PANEL
The control panel with color touch screen allows you to create up to 12 programs (+12 with Multilevel Control) in a simple and intuitive way.
PVS CARRIAGE
Film carriage with powered stretch system controlled by two independent motors. Stretch ratio adjustable from panel board from 0% up to 500%. No film threading required.
AUTO FILM CUT
The Auto Film Cut of the Robot S7 portable stretch wrap machine automatically cuts the film for you at the end of the wrap cycle. This improves productivity and reduces labor costs.
VARIABLE ROPING DEVICE (VRD)
The Variable Roping Device or VRD (option) reduces the width of the film into a cable to strengthen containment of the load.
STOP-N-GO LASER MODEL
Keeps your operators safe by providing contact prevention. The optional features laser scanner scans for items and people who are in the path of the Robot. If the scanner detects anything the machine will stop. The machine will automatically restart to continue wrap cycle.
LITHIUM BATTERY MODEL
An alternate option to the standard lead acid batteries. Allows the operator to charge the robot frequently for short periods, useful when the machine needs a quick charge to operate for the remainder of the shift. Unlike lead acid, lithium batteries don’t have to reach 0% for recharge, overall limiting total charge time and improving production.
