ROBOPAC USA offers a rigorous semi-automatic machine service academy training course taught by our expert staff in our Duluth, GA facility.

This 3 day class helps the service tech get more familiar with Robopac semi-automatic stretch wrapping machines and how to optimize the machines to their customers needs. This helps to save the customer costs and makes the product safer during transport. They also learn how to troubleshoot the most common errors on all machines and learn how to detect issues.

COURSE CURRICULUM

• Install all ROBOPAC semi-automatic machines.

• Navigate, program, lock/unlock all controllers.

• Access machine parameters & make changes.

• Recalibrate load cells.

• Install new boards & configure.

• Download new software to machines.

• Follow the electrical diagram.

• Mechanically change parts including motors & gearboxes.

• Measure pre-stretch & check force to load.

• Review of recommended maintenance for ROBOPAC semi automatic machines.

• Review of theoretical and practical machine & product demonstrations.

Robopac USA offers a comprehensive 3-day LT Automatic Stretch Wrapper Service Training Class exclusively for our distributor partners. This hands-on training program is designed to equip service technicians with the skills and knowledge necessary to:

• Properly install the LT Automatic stretch wrapper

• Operate the system with best practices for performance and safety

• Troubleshoot effectively to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction

• Participants will receive in-depth instruction from Robopac USA’s technical experts, combining classroom learning with practical, real-world application. By the end of the course, each technician will be prepared to confidently support LT Automatic installations in the field.
